MERCEDES-BENZ GROUP SERVICES PHILS., INC.Is currently looking for: JUNIOR ANALYST, PURCHASE TO PAY (NIGHT SHIFT)Responsibilities: Invoice VerificationPerform basic steps in invoice verification Identify Error Codes Analyse and Resolve Price DifferencesAnalyse and Resolve Quantity DifferencesAnalyse and Resolve Missing Delivery Slip/POAnalyse and Resolve Double invoicing and Subsequent DebitAnalyse and Resolve Incorrect Plant assignmentAnalyse and Resolve Material invoices for POSCommunicate and coordinate with AP Team for issues encounteredUpdate Excel Trackers, Log sheets when necessaryResponsible for the delivery of certain assigned tasks.Qualifications: Degree in business administration or similar degree.Knowledge in the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes.Knowledge in web-based tools.Preferably with basic knowledge on accounting systems (SAP) Theoretical knowledge in customer orientation.Ability for team-work and communication skills with colleagues and supervisor.Communication skills for operational purposes (other SSC areas and the MPCs).Quality-minded professional and high self-demanding approach for daily work tasks fulfilment.
