JUNIOR ANALYST, ORDER TO CASH
Responsibilities:
Continuous Process Improvement
Participate and support implementation of process optimization & standardization
Contribute ideas for improving efficiency in own processes.
Execute UAT on processes handled.
Provide audit supports and answer audit queries pertaining to processes handled
Submit monthly internal control evidences.
Performs ad-hoc activities as assigned.
Responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks:
daily business operations and perform accounting procedures related to transactional accounting (Accounts Receivable)
Processing of daily cash allocation/posting of payments and clearing Transitory & customer's account
Generation of Statements and sending to Customers
Execution of the daily & weekly invoicing
Spare Parts Invoice Posting to Customer
Responsible for the delivery of month-end tasks to ensure on time closing of AR sub-ledger for assigned market
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes
Preferably with business knowledge:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Proficient on Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules

Intermediate knowledge on accounting systems (SAP)

Communication skills for operational purposes (other SSC areas and the MPCs)
