Junior AccountantJob DescriptionReport to: Asst. Manager-Finance & AccountingDuties and responsibilities:? Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.? Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthlyclose processes.? Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performanceprojections.? Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conductinginternal audits.? Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliation. .Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.? Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.? Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with internalaudits.? Ensuring compliance with GAAP.Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree, major in accounting or finance? At least 2 years' accounting experience? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.? Strong numeracy, problem-solving and analytical skills? Good time management skills and focus on prescribed deadlines? Highly organized and detail-oriented
