Junior Accountant

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Prepare excel working fle f or monthly Taxes and assist in BIR Tax Compliance 2. Prepare payroll calculations every 15th and 30th of the month 3. Generate billing for SSS, PHIC, HDMF and enroll n ew employees 4. Assist Yearly Audit and help to prepare necessary documentation 5. Assist Yearly Compliance to BIR, SEC, BPLO 6. Assist to prepare Reports Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash fows, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and fnancial guidelines.7. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded 8. Update fnancial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed 9. Performs such other functions as assigned. 10. Assist with urgent errands for legal compliances.11. Performs such other functions as assigned. 12. Assist with other accounting projects.13. Assist yearly filing of loose-leaf books and invoices.Qualifications: Must b e BS Accounting / Finance Graduate with 2-3 years' experience in General Accounting-Proven experience as a junior accountant or as a General Accounting-Excellent organizing abilities-Great attention to detail-Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen-Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software-Familiar with Kingdee Software is a plus but not required
