Maintaining accounts: Keeping accounts receivable and payable up to date, and issuing invoices Reconciling: Comparing bank statements to general ledgers to confirm they match, and resolving any discrepancies Preparing financial reports: Gathering and preparing reports for managers to review Reviewing and processing expense reports: Analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts to maintain the company's financial records Assisting with audits: Helping with internal and external audits, and developing internal controls Posting journal entries: Ensuring all business transactions are recorded Monitoring and analyzing financial data: Collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data to support management decision-making You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
