Jr. Ui/Ux Designer

Job Summary A UI/UX Designer is responsible in creating engaging designs according to requirements. S/he should be highly creative and should have a sharp eye for details. It is his/her responsibility is to deliver an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in software engineering or information technology With at least 1-year experience as a UI/UX Designer or any similar role Demonstrable experience UI/UX design software such as but not limited to: ? Adobe XD ? Sketch ? Figma Good knowledge of visual elements (e.g. layouts, types, fonts) Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction Able to discuss and explain design options A keen eye for details Good interpersonal and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
