Graduate of 2-year vocational course
Assists in execution of catch-up plan if there are any delay in production output.
Educates subordinates with regards to company's policies
Support activities to achieve indices (machine efficiency, defective ratio, lead time and compliance to standards)
Good interpersonal relations skills
Good leadership skills
