DescriptionA Jr. project engineer in this role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. They manage and collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, to resolve any issues that arise during construction. Additionally, they are tasked with monitoring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities Site Inspection Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to conduct site inspections before project commencement.Project Planning & Design: Prepare isometric designs, provide accurate cost estimates, manpower scheduling, develop Gantt charts, and other project management documents needed to execute the project effectively.Project Presentation: Prepare progress reports for engineering coordination meetings and assist in presenting project plans and details to the President, alongside the Sales team.Manpower Coordination: Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of personnel for project execution.Daily Project Monitoring: Supervise and track daily progress to ensure the project is on time and within budget.Issue Resolution: Prepare HIRAC and other Risk Assessment Plans to identify and resolve any issues or concerns in advance that may arise during the installation process.Client & Supplier Coordination: Participate in meetings with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.Documentation Management: Organize and maintain all project documentation and filing systems for future reference.Project Summary: Furnish a project close-out report which contains project overview, summary of accomplishments, project expenses vs project budget, lessons learned, project deliverables, final remarks and any documents required by the management.Customer/Account MaintenancePreventive Maintenance Scheduling: Establish and follow a preventive maintenance schedule for bulk and commercial accounts to ensure ongoing system reliability.System Enhancement Recommendations: Assess client systems and recommend necessary repairs or enhancements based on their needs.Promotion of Additional Services: Introduce and recommend additional company services that align with technical specifications and client requirements.Client Support: Address client complaints and requests in a timely and efficient manner.Other DutiesAdditional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management, ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements.Shared Services: Provide support and services to all company affiliates as part of the shared services team.RequirementsSKILLS & ABILITIES Project Management: Efficiently plan, organize, and oversee projects.Technical Skills: Autocad, Sketch-up, planning and design, cost and quantity estimation, and project scheduling.Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues.Communication: Clear communication with clients, suppliers, and teams.Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.Client Relations: Effectively manage client needs and expectations.Time Management: Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.Team Collaboration: Work well with cross-functional teams.Working Location7VM4+P32, Trece Martires, Cavite, Philippines
