Jr. Exhibit Coordinator

Serve in a support function and as a backup resource for the Exhibit Coordinators, whose duty it is to: facilitate development, production and monitoring of client/program exhibits, and ensures the organization performs services in accordance with established Service level Agreements.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with the Exhibit Management team, especially the Exhibit Coordinators, to provide assistance where additional resources are required.
- Assists with reviewing pre and post deployment exhibits for accuracy (sample and live proofing respectively).
- Performs manual letter composition with the guidance of the Exhibit Coordinators as needed.
- Function in a back-up capacity for monitoring Service Level fulfillment status/SLA of all program specific in-house mailings and 3rd party data file transmissions.
- Function in support capacity for tracking of ongoing exhibit issues (status updates, workarounds, resolutions).
- Execute other projects and administrative tasks as assigned by Department Management.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Working knowledge of Medicare program exhibits as well as business process is advantageous.
- Strong analytic, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible in job tasks & assignments.
- Highly developed attention to detail & accuracy of work produced.
- Organizational skills as it relates to working on multiple tasks simultaneously

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Willing to work on night shift schedule or other shifts as required.
- On a temporary WFH set-up but must be ready to report on-site based on business need.
- With valid NBI clearance.
Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
