Jr. Engineer / Quezon City / Php 20-25K / On Site Reporting

KEY ROLES: Assist customer's concerns and queriesRepair and document any equipment from the client, both under warranty and chargeable.Monitor status of engineering during projects.Coordinate with customers in order to fulfill customer needs and satisfaction.Create accurate reports and possible recommendations to customers.Create turnover documents for sales and customers.Create and save backup files for the alignment of equipment.Handle remote support to clientsEnsure all received cases are properly recorded and reported.Proper handover of cases to the co-tech support engineerMonitor and report any defects in individual tools, special tools, project equipment, software, etc.Report to the engineering assistant manager or manager for issues encountered in rendering the job. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or other related fieldsPreferably with IT related backgroundCan work overtime and night shiftsHigh-level of attention to detailHigh-level customer care approachHigh-level technical and analytical skillsDecisive and high level of confidenceInnovative, flexible, and adaptable to new technologiesProficient and able to use various software user interface (UI) varietyResult-driven individualGood communication skills both oral and writtenAllowed to travel on short notice

SALARY: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000 (negotiable)
