Jr. Account Analyst

Ability to effectively present info in one-on-one and small group situations to members, and employees;Responsible in accepting new membership applications and membership share capital subscriptions;Maintains daily savings and paid- up shares registryResponsible in the issuance of members passbooks and their updates;Prepares and submits new/ change deduction to the Sr. Account Analyst as requested by the members on a regular basis.Updates list of members and prepares monthly report for new members and resigned members and submit to Sr. Accounts Analyst;Responsible in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports on fixed and savings depositsPrepares journal voucher entries of all daily transactions of members and adjustments;Checks the correctness of withdrawal and deposit amounts whenever transactions are made by members;Process and request check preparation to the Finance group for member's savings withdrawal depends on the amount as approved by Senior Accounts Analyst-Savings & Fixed Deposit;Maintains all documents, vouchers, related records and make them available for audit;
