Jr. Account Analyst

1. Ability to effectively present info in one-on-one and small group situations to members, and employees;
2. Responsible in accepting new membership applications and membership share capital subscriptions;
3. Maintains daily savings and paid- up shares registry
4. Responsible in the issuance of members passbooks and their updates;
5. Prepares and submits new/ change deduction to the Sr. Account Analyst as requested by the members on a regular basis.
6. Updates list of members and prepares monthly report for new members and resigned members and submit to Sr. Accounts Analyst;
7. Responsible in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports on fixed and savings deposits
8. Prepares journal voucher entries of all daily transactions of members and adjustments;
9. Checks the correctness of withdrawal and deposit amounts whenever transactions are made by members;
10. Process and request check preparation to the Finance group for member's savings withdrawal depends on the amount as approved by Senior Accounts Analyst-Savings & Fixed Deposit;
11. Maintains all documents, vouchers, related records and make them available for audit;
