Key Responsibilities:
Manage corporate entity matters (e.g., reorganizations, mergers, share transfers)
Oversee global corporate programs and governance activities
Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions
Collaborate with Legal, HR, Tax, and Treasury teams
Supervise external counsel and manage legal budgets
Maintain precedents and contribute to internal resource development

Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of legal experience, especially in corporate transactions and governance
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Expertise in corporate structures, tax strategies, and cross-border transactions
Proven track record in managing external legal teams
Fluent in English
