What You'll Be Doing:
Assessing Training Needs: Dive deep into performance trends to identify key areas for improvement, designing targeted interventions to boost team success.
Designing & Developing: Oversee the creation of engaging training materials, strategies, and evaluation processes that align with business objectives.
Tracking & Reporting: Generate impactful reports, track performance, and ensure continuous improvement with a data-driven approach.
Driving Performance: Lead coaching and intervention programs to tackle performance gaps and ensure team excellence.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:

7+ years in Training & Development
5+ years of leadership experience
2+ years in the BPO/Contact Center industry
Skills:

Expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Strong presentation & communication skills
Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
Ability to create training programs that make a real impact!
