Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Cable Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in the cable industry, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for the cable sector, and a proven track record in account management.

Qualifications:
Are a college graduate with or without a background in the Customer Experience Solutions industry or;
HS (old curriculum) or SHS graduate with at least six (6) months of background in the Customer Experience Solutions industry
Have good English communication skills
Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Have superb computer skills
Are willing to work on shifting schedule


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
