JOB DESCRIPTION / JOB QUALIFICATIONS: All are clerical / customer service
*EXECUTIVE SECRETARY* - competent professional who will assist Executives by organizing schedules, attending meetings, managing correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.

*ACCOUNTANT* - responsible for the management and reporting of financial data. Main duties include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing accounts and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures.

*INVESTMENT CLERK* - Performing general clerical duties in the investment sector. Maintaining investment records and files. Processing investment transactions and ensuring accuracy.

*IT* - involves managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers.

*PRODUCTION CLERK* - will manage the inventory of production materials, track production orders, and coordinate communication between staff and customers

*COLLECTION CLERK* - collect payments on overdue accounts and to make collection arrangements.

*MARKETING CLERK* - Performs a variety of general office duties such as receiving telephone calls, tending to customers, completing work orders and email

*RECEPTIONIST* - administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, etc.

SALARY RANGE:
Minimum wage per day - P645.00
Monthly - P19,000 to P30,000.00
WORK LOCATIONS:

to be assigned in our Binondo Office

Receptionist - to be assigned in Makati Office

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday
7:00 am to 4:00 pm
