A mid-level experience of 2 to 3 years as a Jira Administrator is acceptable.Expertise in configuring and managing Jira projects, workflows, and permissions.Proficient in handling user directories, permissions, roles, and group administration within Jira.Strong understanding of custom workflows, transitions, and automation within Jira.Capable of troubleshooting and resolving Jira-related issues efficiently.Strong skills in documenting configurations, preparing reports, and providing end-user support and training.Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldJira Administrator Certification (Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) or relevant Atlassian certifications
may be a plus.
Good communication skills in English.Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.
