Core Qualifications and Education ? A mid-level experience of 2 to 3 years as a Jira Administrator is acceptable. ? Expertise in configuring and managing Jira projects, workflows, and permissions. ? Proficient in handling user directories, permissions, roles, and group administration within Jira. ? Strong understanding of custom workflows, transitions, and automation within Jira. ? Capable of troubleshooting and resolving Jira-related issues efficiently. ? Strong skills in documenting configurations, preparing reports, and providing end-user support and training. ? Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field ? Jira Administrator Certification (Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) or relevant Atlassian certifications may be a plus. ? Good communication skills in English. ? Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.
