Requirements:

•Open to Native Japanese
•JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level
•Bachelor's Degree Holder in any course
•At least 2-3 years experience in Finance and Accounting or HR.
•Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
•Experience in BPO company is an advantage but not required
•Goal-oriented individual with strong time and task management.

Responsibilities:

•Subject Matter Expert
•Assist the staff in processing transactions of data.
•Supervise or coordinate with staff to identify, assess and resolve the issues/problems.
•Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
