Position: Japanese SAP Consultant (Certified SAP training provided)
Salary: P 100,000 – P 160,000 (negotiable)

Requirements:
Must be a Japanese national with a business Level in English
All 120 co-workers are Japanese speakers (the language will be the principal language to use)
English is also an essential skill because this is an international company
Has worked in different industries that handled ERP or SAP
If no experience handling SAP or ERP (that's okay as long as you are willing to undergo training)
Very interested candidates can research to understand what SAP is
Coming from different industries like finance, Manufacturing, logistics, Procurement and sales industry
Duties and Responsibilities of a CERTIFIED SAP CONSULTANT?
Be assigned to a live client firm using SAP (it depends on SAP's specialty)
Assess and evaluate client's needs through strategies like data and analysis
Assessing the business's current software and IT structure to determine its strengths, potential areas of improvement, and possible integrations
preparing reports or delivering presentations about their recommended SAP implementations or modifications
Conducting software tests, such as unit tests, to ensure that the systems function optimally and that all features integrate well with one another
making technical manuals or user guides about the software solutions they develop or implement
What are the qualifications:
Knows how to use a computer
Has an Idea about ERP and SAP (preferably having experience using it)
If no experience, that's okay – As long as the candidate will come prepared and explain the SAP and how it works.
Willing to undergo paid SAP certification training for 3 to 6 months
The Course will be paid for by the company and you will have a monthly salary while studying
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Step 1: Initial Interview with Mr. Lester to their knowledge of SAP and basic HR questions
Step 2: Japanese and English Comprehension Assessment taken through using Excel File
Reminders: Applicants will find it hard to use Excel if they use mobile phones so please use a desktop or laptop
Step 3: The Comprehension test does not have right and wrong answers, it's how the applicant will be able to understand and approach a certain problem.
