We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

The Japanese Sales Support Specialist is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads in the Japanese market, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
Duties and responsibilities

Conduct overall support and research in the Japanese segment, to identify and qualify leads that meet lead criteria
Engage prospective clients and driving qualified leads to maintain a healthy pipeline
Provide clear understanding of RISE products and services to prospective clients prior and throughout the pipeline
Assist Japanese Account Manager in keeping leads warm and informed
Collaborate with the Japanese Account Manager and relevant teams for lead generation activities and sales cadence
Participate in Japanese market and prospect analysis, forecasting, and leveraging research results
Maintain data accuracy and integrity in the CRM platform and other relevant tools
Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the Sales division including documentation and execution
Other ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate by the business
Qualifications

At least one year experience in business development or sales support
Proven experience in sales relationship building
Strong communications skills in Japanese and English
Commendable business communication skills, written and verbal
Knowledgeable in CRM Systems (e.g., Hubspot) and other tools (Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Zoom, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills
