Position: Japanese Sales and Technical Specialist
Industry: BPO Company / Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php100,000 – Php120,000
Work Schedule: Shifting
Location: Taguig City
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
JLPT N1 - N3 Passer/Level
Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of upselling experience
Good written and communications skills
Shows a high level of understanding in relevant technologies including home and small to medium size

Responsibilities:
Understanding of customer service processes, tools, and best practices with a strong customer-centric focus
Ability to monitor, follow up and take complete ownership of the sales lead generation.
Provide active updates to the customer until the issue has been resolved for the distribution channel
Accurately document cases in-line with process requirements
Ability to multitask (Speak to customers on phone and type case notes in concurrence)
Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions
Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been
restored
Upsell additional services and provide a recommendation based on customer requirement
Knows how to handle pre sales inquiries funnel through marketing
campaigns of strategic products, and our online Store
