Salary: 35,000 - 40,000
? Management of the employees ( around 10 staff)
? Ensure food hygiene and quality control
? Manage food stock to avoid shortages
? Provide excellent service to Japanese-speaking customers
? Answer calls and take reservations in Japanese
? Develop and execute marketing plans
? Ensure high-quality service at all times
? Address customer concerns promptly
? Branch Coordination as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Japanese language skills assessed at N3 level or above
? Understanding of Japanese culture and standards
? Creative thinking and pioneering spirit
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assert oneself
? Leadership abilities
? Willing to work at other branches in Bataan and Batangas
? Willing to work for shifting schedule


? Has working experience in a Japanese company
? Welcome fresh graduate applicants, but we require a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
? If you do not hold a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, we require At least 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
