Requirements:
Open to Native Japanese
Open to Half-Japanese and Half-Filipino with Native Level proficiency
Must be able to speak fluently and write both in Japanese and English language.
Graduates or Undergraduate of any course
Must have at least 1-2 years experience as a Team Manager/Team lead role in a fast-paced BPO setting.
Excellent customer service skills and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
Drive the team productivity along with Team lead / SMEs.
Ensure all the tasks are handled on time by the team and support the team wherever required.
Adhering to the customer policies and process
Handles escalated calls.
