Japanese Learning Consultant

The Learning Consultant will welcome and accommodate our learners via telephone and respond to their needs while assuring a continuous follow-up in their training.
He/She will manage lesson-related needs and ensure that learners enjoy their learning experience with goFLUENT.
This position requires the ability to actively solve doubts about the language, goFLUENT services or issues.
The Learning Consultant will work closely with the Learner Consultant Team Leader/Manager, and the Sales Team to ensure learners satisfaction and client retention.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage relationships with clients/learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training.
- Call clients to follow up on their training progress
- Conduct demo calls
- Assist Account Managers/Sales as deemed necessary by the LC Team Leader/Manager
- Attending meetings as deemed necessary
- Reach KPIs discussed with the LC Team Leader/Manager
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
- Must be proficient in MS Office, Google Docs and Open Office;
- Must be Internet savvy;
- Must have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be fluent in English and Native in Japanese.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, and highly organized
- Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure
- Must be patient and client-centered
- Must have fast typing skills
- Must have good customer service skills
- Ability to multitask is a plus
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
