Japanese Interpreter - N2/N1 (46737) - Mandaluyong

QUALIFICATIONS:
·At least N2 or above proficiency in Japanese
·At least 2 years experience working in the finance / automotive industry
·Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
·Flexibility and willingness to perform various tasks as required.
·Disciplined and able to follow rules
·Ability to maintain confidentiality (necessary for drafting internal letters).
·Prior experience in a startup environment is highly preferred
·Familiarity with the Philippine market and culture.

Responsibilities:
As part of our expansion into the Philippines, we are seeking an Japanese interpreter to serve as a bridge between Japanese and local staff. The ideal candidate will facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between our teams, ensuring the success of our operations in the region.

·Coordinate with relevant departments to collect various data for the development of work and projects.
·Report on results, problems, and solutions for each project to facilitate implementation.
·Translate documents between Filipino/English and Japanese, and vice versa, as required.
·Attend meetings with the Manager and provide interpretation (English to Japanese and vice versa).
·Handle correspondence and ensure timely communication.
·Perform other administrative tasks to support the Manager and team, including recruitment.
