Job Description - Support/Assist for Japanese officer
- Translate and interpreter English or Tagalog to Japanese vise versa
- Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence
- Drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Prepareing documents for VISA
- Submitting OR and others for Japan head office
- E-commerce site inventory management
- Other needed tasks
Qualifications Requirement
- Bachelor's College Degree
- At least N2 level Japanese level
- At least 3 years of work experience as an Japanese Interpreter/Translator
- Have experience with Admin English Level Business
