- Open to JLPT N2 Passer or Level
- Experience in BPO company is an advantage but not required
- Must have people management experience.

- Meeting or communicating with clients to ensure a good relationship between client and the company.
- Coordinate with other Team Lead
- Other tasks may be assigned.
