Japanese Client Relations Representative (N2/N1) - Biñan Laguna

Salary: 80,000 - 100,000

Required Experience:
-Bachelor's degree holder
- At least N2 level
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- With at least 3 years of experience in sales or sales support
- Willing to work onsite in Laguna
- Experience in the trade industry is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with suppliers (mainly from Japan and China)
- Responding to client inquiries (mostly via email)
- Coordinating delivery schedules
- Preparing quotes and documents
- Processing orders
- Providing after-sales support
- Attending client meetings
- Other tasks from time to time
Note: Sales tasks such as client negotiations and complaint handling will be done by Japanese expatriate staff.
