QUALIFICATIONS:
¦MUST
-Experience includes the following two points at SIers, IT consulting companies, web-based business companies, etc.
-Experience in designing, developing, and operating web applications
-Experience leading a project or team
-Japanese Bilingual (Native/N1 level)

¦PREFERRENCE
-Experience designing and building cloud-native architecture using AWS services
-Experience designing and developing web applications using Java/Springboot or Node.js
-Experience promoting large-scale SI projects
-Everyday English conversation skills of TOEIC 700 or higher

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Tech lead/Lead bridge SE, you will work with the offshore development team on project promotion, requirements definition, architecture design, etc. for a system development project using AWS.

Depending on the project, we use a cloud-native architecture that utilizes AWS. (The appropriate architecture is considered and verified for each project before deciding)
