Salary: 120,000 - 150,000
Schedule: Depending on the shift (Store Hours: 7 AM - 11 PM)

QUALIFICATIONS: Language English / Japanese (N1/Business/Native level)Experience: With at least 3 years of experience working in an IT/IT BPO IndustryKnowledge: Network troubleshooting, PC, PrinterCertification: Network (CCNA or some NW certification holder is preferred)Bachelor's degree holder in IT or any related course. RESPONSIBILITIES:
-IT Support desk operation
Install and configure IT devices' hardware, and software, arranging networkProvide IT technical support & handle all IT-related mattersRespond promptly to handle issues and requestsAddress cyber-security issueInvestigate the root cause of the accident and make improvementsOn-site attendance with the vendor in the event of a failure at the store
-IT device Supplier Management
Estimate ,Order,Acceptance about all of IT devices(PC/Printer/Software/Network etc)Monitor IT vendors' implementation work and managing the scheduleNegotiate with IT vendors about the reasonable price or scope of IT product & serviceSetting any IT devices in each site such as a store, office, etc.
-Other task
Help with general affairs-related tasksVarious tasks such as notification to tax authorities
