Ensures the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting routine audit tests. Prepares documentation for the HR knowledge database. Resolves problems, finding the root cause of issues to provide accurate answers and facilitate solutions. Coordinates services with the HRIS, human resource functions, and employee relations programs to ensure compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
