Talent Strategy ManagerLocation: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila Duties/Responsibilities: Advise and guide IPC on talent strategies within the Industry Group and identify industry sector synergies and convergence opportunitiesSupports IPC with identifying and communicating the industry talent strategy impacts to the Markets/MUs via the Market Industry Group Leads and corresponding Market IG CouncilCommunicate with Market HR teams supporting the Global IG Network to integrate the talent strategy within S&C and across ServicesProvide guidance to IPC on performance, rewards, and other HR processesUnderstand growth priorities for the Industry group and shape appropriate talent planDesign and deliver global initiatives for the employee value proposition in the context of overall industry groupCollaborate with other Industry/Function Network HR Leads to create relevant programs and initiatives for the Industry Group and across respective industry sectorsCollaborate with Learning team and business in creating a learning strategy for the industry groupPromote a people-centric culture in the Industry Group and coach IPC lead accordinglyEnsure integrated change management and communication approaches for the Industry Group are being developed and implemented across markets, functions, services and practices.Monitor Talent numbers from standard reports which may include hiring, repeat staffing, skill growth, and attrition for the Global Industry Group.
