Job Resposibilities: Coordinating and administering therapeutic IV treatments and infusionsDeveloping care plans for the consistent clientsEducating patients and caregiversManaging complications with infusion therapiesMonitoring patient responses to treatmentPerforming patient assessmentsReviewing lab reports and drug informationCreate and maintain positive customer relations for home infusion and other in-home services programsProvide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, or alternate living site (transpo service is provided)Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the company Requirements: Strong venous access skills must be able to access peripheral veinsPrevious home infusion experience is strongly preferredNursing Degree, BSN preferred2-5 Years of relevant working experiencePreferred work of 3 years providing patient care in an ambulatory health care
environment
