Position: Italian Technical Support Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course
Fluent in both Italian and English
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net, and other Programming Languages but not required
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Quezon City

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing technical support in developing applications
Escalate developer concerns to the next level
Troubleshoot technical inquiries
Explaining the procedure on how the applications were developed
