It Technical Support

Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc. is in urgent need of IT Technical Support.
For this specific role, interested applicants are expected to monitor and maintain computer network and system.
Provide technical support ensuring smooth flow of operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults
- Maintain and replace parts as required
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Work closely with other members of the team in the completion of a project providing support.
- Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- May occasionally do liaising jobs

Qualifications:

- Possession of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Relevant experience as an IT Technical support at least three (3) years
- Extensive familiarity with Windows and other operating systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Possession of a driver's license is an advantage

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
