Job Responsibilities: Will collaborate very closely with the Associate IT Director and the Network and Infrastructure Manager to deliver effective and bug-free IT systems for Head Office and the Stores, and other 3rd parties like B2B and B2C partners as may be needed Work with the Associate IT Director to institutionalize IT Best Practices Collaborate ethically with technology partners and IT vendors to ensure delivery of IT projects and services Study and recommend opportunities for process automation; ensures 100% accuracy of automated processes Manages program change requests according to business requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Conceptualizes and communicates proposed work plans to senior management and application support team Analyzes, designs, writes and disseminates application support policies, procedures, best practices Be at the forefront in managing, controlling, and mitigating IT risks especially at the application level Define and execute work plans to permanently resolve issues and inefficiencies surrounding system production runtime Evaluates the costs and benefits of implementing changes against the current system Take the lead to ensure that POS data in the stores are synched and backed up in Head Office Partner with the Infrastructure Team in commissioning and decommissioning of the POS System and all other systems used in the stores, as well as all the systems used in Head Office Fully support the Stores on the prevailing POS System used, and associated requirements like sending of data files to the malls, backup, restoration as maybe needed Partner effectively with stakeholders in setting up and closing of Stores Leads and oversees the professional development of each team member Develop his/her team toward heightened IT service management Conduct R&D on new applications and assess feasibility of adoption by the Company Conducts post mortem analysis on projects toward continuous improvement Keep abreast with IT laws to be able to guide Top Management on statutory compliance Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Graduate of any bachelors degree in Information Technology with focus on Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, and like courses Has extensive experience in coding/developing business applications Proven track record in successful software project management at the enterprise level Sound understanding of Cloud Computing technologies and approaches Knowledge of computer networking, installation, and administration Capable of leading and coaching developers and software functional analysts/consultants; can lead a team Highly collaborative with different work groups, stakeholders, and officers Ability to make sound decisions that would impact on application design and the overall system architecture Excellent knowledge of data operations Excellent working knowledge on structured databases; has working knowledge about unstructured databases Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent System Analysis skills Excellent Business Analysis skills Excellent Project Management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products using documentation and Internet resources Proficiency in Office 365 Strong background and experience in Retail, Warehousing and ERP systems Experience in MS Dynamics NAV, Business Central and LS Central is highly recommended Knowledge of Data Privacy and other IT laws of the Philippines Dependable and trustworthy
