It Systems Administrator - Level 2

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Installing, configurating and maintaining relevant applications being used within the organization

•Fine-tuning of configuration of application settings for optimal performance

•Applying OS/security patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities

•Analyzing processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement

•Maintaining the security of the organization's IT systems and data. Ensuring that IT processes are followed by IT staff, adhering to security standards and regulatory requirements

•Creates and maintains technical and process documentation. Propose Knowledge changes and update existing process documents

•Performing ad hoc IT-operations related assignments and projects as required

Qualifications:

•At least 1 year relevant work experience
•Good English communication skills
•Willing to work on night shift
•Willing to work onsite either in Mandaluyong or Makati
•With BPO experience for at least 1-2 years
•SOC 2 certification (nice to have)
