Job DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains computer hardware, software, print services, and email provisions – including, but not limited to: backup/recovery procedures, troubleshooting, upgrading, and installation of software and peripherals.Provides users with appropriate IT support when requested.Participates in the development, implementation, and testing of applications software.Researches, recommends and installs new applications.Ensures security of data from internal and external attacks.Responsible for installing, maintaining and upgrading the server.Responsible for ensuring the servers are backed up, and that the server data is secure from unauthorized access.Ensures compliance of IT Security Policies.Complies and executes the Preventive Maintenance of all IT Equipment.Maintains and supports Cantier System and all other system applications being used by the company.Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor.RequirementsCertificate, Bachelor's, or Vocational Degree in Information Technology.Two (2) years related experience operations.Knowledgeable both in Hardware and Software.B.SKILLS AND ATTITUDEGeneral knowledge of computer hardware including desktop, laptop, server, and network and how it integrates with information systems and databases.General knowledge of network connectivity, integration, and protocols.General knowledge of operating systems and understanding of database constructs.Knowledge of information systems from functional and technical perspectives.Knowledge of toolsets utilized to build, implement, and support these information systems.Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in ways that are appropriate to the requirements of the information technology client or group.Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent assignments and tasks.Knowledge of CAD/CAM, timekeeping, and office applications.Working LocationBlk 4 Lot 6 Technology Ave., Onda Comp.., PTC-SEZ, Brgy. Maduya, Carmona, Cavite, 4116 Philippines.
