Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades or changes. Technical Support Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing updates, and resolving connectivity problems. Respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain documentation such as knowledge base documentation, and training materials to empower end-users to resolve common issues independently. Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. System Administration Administer user accounts, permissions, and access levels across various systems and applications. Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity. Technology Evaluation and Planning Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve the organization's IT infrastructure and operations. Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to develop IT strategies, roadmaps, and budgets. What ClearSource Needs from You With at least 3 years minimum relevant experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field. Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role. Experience in M365 suite administration, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, MDM (Intune), Autopilot and AWS services and google workspaces. Scripting skills such as PowerShell, Bash, and command line. Windows Server deployment, storage services, administration, backup and recovery solutions. In-depth knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security principles. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), M365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), are a plus.
