It Support Work From Home Equipment Provided

We are currently supporting a client based in US and urgently hiring for a Service Delivery Specialist/ Help Desk for a temporary remote set up until further notice.
Main role: Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you are responsible for providing Layer I/Tier I support to Field Engineers/technicians remotely.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - Computer Science, Networking or Engineering focus
1-2 years field experience as technician or field engineer is a plus
Minimum 2 years of working experience of technical support/ good knowledge in data networking
Familiarity with cabling and troubleshooting.
Proficiency to communicate clearly in written and oral English.
**Salary**: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
