It Support Technician

We Are Hiring - IT Support Technician, 100% Purely Home-based!

We are looking for an IT Support Technician with a mix of technical skills and the ability to handle verification and follow-up tasks. The role does not involve end-user contact, troubleshooting, or configuration, but having configuration skills is a bonus!

As an IT Support Technician, you need to have:
- Has technical knowledge of various computer hardware peripherals (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, UPS/APC, and Network Printers)
- Knowledgeable with login methods (Active Directory, Sync Services, and Cloud-based applications)
- Has working experience with SSH/Command Line and PuTTY
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills

Working Hours:
- 8 PM - 5 AM Philippine Time
