To provide onsite support to all users concerning hardware, software, and network issues.
**1.
**Key Responsibilities**
1.1.
Observes and monitors functions of all IT systems and the server.
1.2.
Performs troubleshooting of network, software, and hardware problems, and resolves these accordingly.
1.3.
Conducts power cycle for all wireless access points, and installs server patches, as required.
1.4.
Responds to the issues of users concerning, internet connection, outlook problems, among others.
1.5.
Provides assistance in creating back-up files and shared folders.
1.6.
Identify and recommends the IT requirements of the company including, systems upgrading, anti-virus, software/programs, and the likes.
1.7.
Facilitates installation of all approved systems, and hardware, network connections, etc.,
1.8.
Performs quality checks of all IT and related equipment upon delivery.
1.9.
Receives computers/workstations from the HRD and Admin Department and configures these according to the requirement of each position and sets this up accordingly.
1.10.
Schedules and performs preventive maintenance for the server and all computers and peripherals.
1.11.
Performs the installation of additional cables or wirings as part of network requirement.
1.12.
Takes a conscious effort to protect the confidentiality of all records that he has access on.
1.13.
Secures the New Employee IT form for incoming employees for proper identification and provisioning of IT-related user account.
1.14.
Generates reports that may be required by immediate superiors
1.15.
Keeps records of computers being assigned to employees
1.16.
Performs other tasks that may be required by the immediate superiors.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Education : College graduate in Information Technology or
other IT-related course
- Experience : At least one (1) years of experience
in the same field of work.
