Make a difference and grow with us.Duties and responsibilitiesProvide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardwareRespond to queries either in person, email, chat or phone callTroubleshoot and resolve technical problemsProvide support for the setup and installation of new hardware and softwareMaintain and update system inventory and related documentationMonitor and maintain computer systems and networksParticipate in the maintenance and upgrading of computer systems and networksProvide remote and on-site support to end-usersRespond to helpdesk tickets and emails in a timely mannerQualificationsWith at least the equivalent of 1 year work experience in a production environmentStrong knowledge of computer hardware and softwareFamiliarity with Windows and Mac operating systemsFamiliarity with Linux operating systems a plusExperience with remote support toolsStrong communication and customer service skillsProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHiring ProcessOur team recognizes the importance of your candidacy, and we want to ensure that your application receives the attention it deserves.
