Duties: Help set up, support, and maintain end user computing environmentsSupports requests for accessing resources and granting entitlements accroding to company policiesTroubleshoot user issues and pass it to a resolver group if appropriate.Provide regional support for GSuite, Microsoft, and other tools.Support planning and project execution for strategic IT environment initiatives Qualifications: Has a few years of experience providing technical solutions to end-usersLikes to work across the breadth of different techonologies and learn new things every day.Empathetic towards the needs of your customersCan think out of the box to provide solutions while preservng the integrity of the operating environment
