It Support Specialist (Fixed Weekends Off)

We are actively seeking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Davao site!Duties:? Help set up, support, and maintain end user computing environments? Supports requests for accessing resources and granting entitlements accroding to company policies? Troubleshoot user issues and pass it to a resolver group if appropriate.? Provide regional support for GSuite, Microsoft, and other tools.? Support planning and project execution for strategic IT environment initiativesQualifications:? Has a few years of experience providing technical solutions to end-users? Likes to work across the breadth of different techonologies and learn new things every day.? Empathetic towards the needs of your customers? Can think out of the box to provide solutions while preservng the integrity of the operating environment
