Overview:
As an IT Support Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting various IT systems and providing technical assistance to end-users within our organization. This internship is designed to provide valuable exposure to IT operations, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to staff and clients on hardware, basic network troubleshooting, and software-related issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
-Follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking
- Familiarity with hardware and software installation
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:
The IT Support Intern will work primarily in an office environment, with occasional travel to other company locations. This is a full-time internship position with flexible hours, typically 40 hours per week, depending onavailability and scheduling preferences.
