It Support

-Provides IT support / technical assistance to the whole team / company.-Analyze the requirements of the company and organize IT resources accordingly. -Evaluating the needs of the company, deploying the appropriate IT solutions to solve problems and choosing the most suitable software, hardware and other IT requirements such as networking.-Provides hardware and software technical assistance / trouble shooting and support to all end-users.-Install, repair and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more.-Maintain local area networks, tracks significant problems, monitors performance, and performs upgrades to hardware and software as required. -Maintains documentation regarding IT equipment, network configuration, operating procedures, and service records relating to network hardware and software.-Responds in a timely manner to IT service issues and request and/or identifying user needs with technology.-Develop and /or assist in creating and/or developing/enhancing the company website in coordination with the Marketing Team.-Develop an "Asset Management System" (e.g., inventory, Property Control, repair and maintenance, etc) for all the computer assets and other equipment of Modularity Inc. -Performs duties common to all general staff and any other tasks that may be assigned by the General Manager or President respectively.
