It Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 70% Software and 30% Hardware Knowledge
• Managing information technology, company systems software, computing infrastructure, network intranet and internet that will mitigate potential risk and downtime.
• Controlling, evaluating and improving IT and electronic data operations, network and internet uptime, data and application software, and hardware innovations.
• Design, develop, implement and improve systems software, policies and procedures that will increase efficiency and service and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure system requirements traceability from design to solution.
• Promote continuous improvement to achieve plans for future growth within the company.
• Support the activities initiated by management ensuring that necessary action to take by the group is well coordinated with members.
• Responsible for proper use of Internet and other media platform and reporting of suspected cyber threats to immediate superior and/or IT Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• At least 1-2 years Supervisory Experience in similar position
• Supervises the tasks of IT Team members
• Establishing Performance Baseline
• Identifying Source of Performance Problem
• Practical experience in installing and maintaining systems (including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting)
• Experience handling Software and Hardware
• Skillful in replacing/upgrading hardware components
• Familiar with Centralized Events Logs
• Experience in Linux Ubuntu OS, Window Server 2008r2, Database Management (SQL, MySQL), and C# and .NET
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
