? Provide comprehensive and accurate details to Resource Management by understanding requirements, matching qualified services delivery resource, and planning potential opportunities
? Assist in screening services delivery resources and assessing qualifications
? Conduct relevant Pre-Sales Activities to ensure a successful project launch and implementation
? Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the projects are delivered on time and complete
? Achieve the set company targets
? Present progress and status reports to Management
? Contribute to a continuous improvement process in the company
